Our story

It started with one stubborn recipe.

Sugar Jar began in the Jarrar family kitchen β€” one cookie recipe reworked until the centre stayed soft for days and the edges never gave up their crunch. Friends asked for boxes, boxes turned into a waitlist, and the waitlist turned into this.

Everything is still baked in small batches to order. No shelf-sitting, no shortcuts β€” just butter, good chocolate, and the flavours we can't stop experimenting with.

How does delivery work?

Fill your jar, add your delivery details, and place the order β€” it opens WhatsApp so we can confirm timing with you. We deliver across town and payment is Cash on Delivery.

How fresh are the cookies?

Everything is baked to order in small batches. We start baking after you confirm, so your cookies are made the same day they reach you.

Is there a minimum order?

You can order from a single cookie. Boxes of 6 and 12 unlock a baker's discount automatically at checkout.

Do the cookies contain nuts or allergens?

Some flavours contain nuts, dairy and gluten, and all are baked in the same kitchen. Add a note at checkout and we'll flag anything you need to avoid.

Can I order a custom or large batch?

Yes β€” for events and bulk orders, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll sort out the mix and timing.
